Who am I? I'm a mother to two beautiful girls. I'm a wife to a wonderful husband. I am a full-time student, but only for the next 11 weeks - at that time I will receive the coveted piece of paper telling any future employer I am smart enough for the job. I call myself a "ranch foreman" - this is a fancy term for "one who scoops the poop, throws bales, fills water buckets, and feeds the cows". Speaking of cows, I love our cattle. I love cattle shows, county fairs, and cattle sales. I love our barn kitties, sheep and chickens (new addition this spring).
I love to cook almost everything. Everything except seafood - seafood is my kryptonite. I have a cookbook fettish, although have used few of them. The Food Network inspires me. In a nutshell, this is me.
Every day on the farm is a new adventure and a new addition to what is "me". I can't wait to share this with you!
